Job description -Sales Manager (Paid Search/Paid Social)

As a Sales Manager you will be responsible for having strong written and verbal communication skills internally and with potential clients. You are independent, assertive and confident with your ability to build relationships while discerning what is most important to prospective clients. You are well organized and can balance your work while taking care of yourself mentally (we care about you and want you to be happy :)). A big part of this role will require consistent follow up with prospects.

Primary expectations/duties include:
A good understanding of paid search & paid social advertising
Contacting prospects through email and phone (inbound)
Appointment setting
Designing prospective proposals using Google Slides

Paid Search Account Strategist (Google/PPC)
8020 Digital has a need for someone with exceptional communication skills and the ability to execute monthly and quarterly client strategy roadmaps through paid media. We are looking to bring someone on who can contribute on the front lines working directly with multiple clients in a number of different industries.

Primary responsibilities/expectations include:
-Working primarily with Lead Generation Google Ads accounts (SMB) with roughly $2k-$15k ad budgets
-Strategic mindset around client goals and opportunities
-Writing ad copy, exploring new keywords, finding new ways in reaching client objectives
-Strong verbal and written communication skills (you’ll be communicating with clients regularly)
-Organized with their time and projects
-Well balanced day figuring out client problems AND having a voice internally to offer feedback as we grow to improve employee and client satisfaction
